Success Story of Kailash Katkar.

Kailash was in a typical Maharashtrian family that too in a small village of Rahimatpur in Maharashtra. Later, he grew up in Pune, where his father used to work at Philips as a machine setter. Being at such a mediocre position, it was pretty much a given that Kailash had to dropout of his studies primarily due to family circumstances.

To help his family financially, Kailash then took up a job at a local radio and calculator repair shop. At the age of just 19, he was later sent to his other shop in Mumbai by the owner for two- month training. Over the period of next five years, this job gave him immense knowledge and experience of fixing calculators and radios, and the functioning of a Business in general.

In 1990, Kailash started his own calculator repair shop. In the first year itself, the company managed to gain a decent income of Rs45,000. He was not yet satisfied. He upgraded his skills, and started new venture along with his brother, called CAT Computer Services in 1993. His younger brother Sanjay developed a basic model of antivirus software which helped in solving the biggest problem of computer maintenance at that time. Later in 2007, it was renamed as Quick Heal Technologies.

He achieved all this without any formal education. It was difficult at first, but without losing the hope and will, he kept his efforts at his maximum and pitched customers aggressively. Today it has 1200+ employees with more than 17 million customers across 112+ countries. It transformed into a globally-known brand and the venture is also looking at the possibility of an IPO at a valuation somewhere around Rs. 2500 crore and ₹3000 crores.

4 Food items to boost your Mind Power.

Turmeric - The important role of turmeric in brain health has been described in the Vedic texts dating back more than 3,000 years, and it helps to turn on the parts of our DNA that help reduce inflammation. Curcumin is the main active ingredient in turmeric. It has powerful anti-inflammatory effects and is a very strong antioxidant.

Coconut oil - Coconut oil enhances the ability of the brain's neurons to use energy and reduces the production of damaging free radicals. Coconut oil break down into ketones, which can be used by brain cells for fuel. The idea is that supplying the brain with some extra fuel might make it run better.

Walnuts - Walnuts are the top nut for brain health. They have a significantly high concentration of DHA, a type of Omega-3 fatty acid. Among other things, DHA has been shown to protect brain health in newborns, improve cognitive performance in adults, and prevent or ameliorate age-related cognitive decline.

Blueberries - Long considered as a kind of “superfood”, blueberries equal brain health. Their brain-boosting power comes from their high concentration of antioxidants, which help to balance the number of free radicals in the body to counteract oxidative stress and support a healthy, well-functioning immune system. It also help to reduce inflammation, a cornerstone of virtually all brain degenerative disorders.

Success Story of Navdeep Saini.

Navdeep Saini was born on 23 November 1992 in Karnal, Haryana. His father, a driver, was employed with the government of Haryana. In 2012, he tried his luck at the Roshanara grounds. He turned up with a set of whites and a tattered pair of boots, just so that he passed off as a net bowler. Bowling with the red ball for the first time, he kept beating Gambhir for pace. The shy boy would mouth a 'sorry' every time he did so.

Gautam Gambhir was told about the prodigal talent of Saini by Delhi cricketer Sumit Narwal who had seen him bowl deadly Yorkers with tennis balls. Saini was being paid Rs 200 per match and Narwal immediately called up Delhi captain Gambhir to check him out at the nets. What Gambhir saw was enough for him to get into a heated argument with then DDCA vice president Chetan Chauhan, to get the player from Haryana into the Delhi team.

Navdeep after being scouted by Gautam Gambhir in the domestic circuit was lapped by up Delhi Daredevil’s franchise in 2018. He didn’t get many chances in the franchise and a year later went to Virat Kohli led Royal Challengers Bangalore in 2019. A fierce bidding war ensued for Saini and he ultimately got sold for a whopping amount of Rs. 3 crores.

Saini played 13 matches in the season and picked up 11 wickets. A year on from his breakthrough season in the IPL, Saini has turned into a formidable pace option in the international arena for the Indian team. The lanky, wry looking pace bowler has impressed everybody with his raw pace and deadly accuracy. Coming from humble beginnings, Saini is currently one of the brightest stars in the cricketing horizon.
